Google Chrome 89 brings a lot of improvements to Android.

Newest version of Google Chrome 89 has just started rolling out and it brings many changes to the system.

First of all the loading times have been improved a lot. “Freeze-dried” tabs aka tabs you’ve left open from your previous browser session will now be saved in a special lightweight version. They will however still support scrolling, zooming and tapping on links. Google said that this will help you get more responsive feel while the webpage actually loads up in the background.

There is also information that the new Chrome version should bring improved memory use and reduce crashes while also booting up 7.5% faster on startup. Google also mentions that there is better browser process performance, 8% better rendering and 3% GPU improvements as well.
